The sample under test was a portion of the ventilated façade with hidden hangers and consists of the load-bearing structure in extruded aluminium profiles and brackets, external covering of 3000 × 1000 mm sandwich panels with a thickness of 15 mm finished with porcelain gres.

Resistance to wind load

The test was performed in accordance with the standard EOTA guidelines (European Organisation for Technical Approvals) ETAG 034-1: 2012 April 2012 "Guidelines for the European Technical Approval of Kits for Exterior Wall Claddings – Part I: Ventilated Cladding Kits Including cladding components and associated fasteners "The sample was mounted on the test bench and subjected to the resistance to wind load in depression test, with measurement of deformations under load and detection of residual deformations according to paragraph 5.4.1 "Resistance to wind load" ETAG 034-1: 2012. The test results turned out to be exceptional in the 4610 Pa (470 kg/sqm) depression. TEST REPORT No. 309028

Impact Force

The test was performed according to the standard guidelines: – ETAG 034-1: 2012 April 2012 "Guidelines for the European Technical Approval of Kits for Exterior Wall Claddings – Part I: Ventilated Cladding Kits Including cladding components and associated fasteners – UNI EN 14019: 2004 01/11/2004 of Unitized façades – Impact resistance – Performance requirements This test has also yielded extraordinary results.
