Fleischmann Residence

The transformation of this small 1920s brick house in Echo’s Park in Los Angeles is amazing.

The renovation, designed by Mexico’s Productora, has a minimalistic and modern character. The ground floor has been expanded to allow for the creation of a new living space in the house. Polished concrete floors and a simple, clean style staircase that gives access to the first floor complete the environment. The interiors respect the classic and simple style with white walls and wooden finishes.

On the back of the house, there is a cubic structure that occupies the entire facade. This, painted in blue, gave rise to two small verandas. Two sections of this structure are covered in glass and on one side are accessible by doors that enter the interior.
